How It Works
1. Send Us a Photo
WhatsApp photographs of your jewellery and tell us what you would like repaired, changed or created.
2. Talk To Us
You can speak to us directly before sending your jewellery. We'll discuss what may be possible and answer your questions.
3. Send Your Jewellery
Once you're ready to proceed, we'll explain the secure posting process.
4. Assessment & Quote
We inspect the jewellery and confirm the work required, cost and estimated timescale before proceeding.
5. Work Begins
Once you approve the quotation, your jewellery goes into the repair, restoration or remaking process.
6. Securely Returned
Your finished jewellery is securely returned to you.
Manchester customers may also arrange personal drop-off and collection by appointment.
How Long Does It Take?
Please allow 4–8 weeks
The exact time depends on the jewellery and the work required.
Some pieces may be completed sooner, but we allow 4–8 weeks to give sufficient time for careful assessment, specialist work and quality checking.
