Thread & Needle Earrings
Jewellery is a very personal item & over the time it becomes part of you. It's heartbreaking when you lose it. One of our customers had a same unfortunate incident. However she found us(Nafisa designs) and she explained the idea to us, we made 3 attempts to get these earrings right. Seeing the final result of the earrings she had gone back in past to relive her times when she used to wear these earrings back in India.
It is called thread and needle because it does not have any kind of screw, poll, hook etc. The earrings hold the earloop just due to the weight of the dangling chain which resonates a thread. Thus we call it a thread and needle earrings.
